11.1 Submission of DMCA Notices:

11.2 Counter-Notification:

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed or disabled material and its prior location.
• A good faith statement that the material was removed in error.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and Email.
• A declaration of consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and acceptance of service from the original DMCA claimant.

11.3 Repeat Infringers:

Accounts determined to be repeat infringers will be permanently terminated.

11.4 Copyright Agent:

Our Designated Copyright Agent to receive notification of claimed infringement can be reached through our contact form.

11.5 Policy Updates:
